the ending is rather moving!
Hold my beer, this will be epic.
If the Bible had been a Star Trek movie, Jonah would have worn a red shirt.
Whale kids, this is how this story goes but you can read about it in the National Harpoon.
No problem for him, ‘cuz his name’s not Ishmael. Oh… Jonah… you’re screwed.
Such a sad whale of a tale, I can’t stop blubbering!
Listen. . .Just tell it, if we can pass through, there will be lots of bait in the water when the others try to cross
“Hey, check it out. There’s a freakin’ puppet in here!”
First comment was exactly my reaction – Jonah had nothing to do with the exodus. It’s not funny if the reference is wrong.
Get the tartar sauce, grab the chips, and pour the beer!
Whales in the Red Sea?
He could do what Colin Mochrie reported once on the old Whose Line and run all the way to the end until he gets pooped out (he’s in a position to get a great running start)!
He’ll send him cheesy movies, the worst he can find (la la la)
Who’d believe there were whales/great fish in the Red sea. Everything else seems pretty accurate.
Is this where Gandalf got the idea to shout, “You shall not pass!”?
I never thought I’d see an argument about the accuracy of fiction on a comic strip forum. Leave that to the mainstream news!
I’d cast it with Robert Downey Jr as Moses and Chris Pratt as Jonah…
This was a real sea change.
" Yes, Jonah he lived in the whaleOh, Jonah he lived in the whale But he made his home in that fish’s abdomen Ooh, Jonah he lived in the whale "
Oh, Jonah he lived in the whale
But he made his home in that fish’s abdomen
Ooh, Jonah he lived in the whale "

All the craziest fiction ever written.
How come the Bibull always claims the Whale Spit Jonah Out when we all know how that word was Really Spelled?
The Bible does NOT say it was a whale. Given that, whales were thought to be fish back then.
If we wanted it as a western, we could have Whale N’ Jennings.
