Toddler, little siblings are wonderful both for getting in trouble and getting in trouble with. It’s an adjustment, but it’s worth it!

And Elvis, I somehow suspect there’s evidence somewhere of you greeting Puck with a “And you can fft off, I’M the only cat for the Woman!” Be nice to the poor Toddler!

And in the blink of an eye, the halo Elvis forged yesterday has morphed into a pair of horns…

I think Elvis is channeling his inner Pitbull!

Hello all! I never heard of BCN until it started in syndication in our paper and it is now my favorite comic. I explored the BCN site before reading the comments here. What qgreat community! We have had 11 cats over the years; Spock, Brandy, Grey, Dax, Kira, Tegan, Tepo, Bella, Kang, and Nyssa. We even have “backyard cat” that is our neighbors. The last three,Bella,Kang,and Nyssa are with us now. Kang is the cat in the avatar. This is a really great community. Blessings to all!

Can Tommy please be my furry godmother too?

Welcome, Kangtourcat! This really is a special place with the nicest bunch of folks who take the time to be helpful, civil and caring. A nice find in times such as this.

Wish Tommy could be my furry godmother—and I could have used some of that “fabulous” hair, as well.

I wish Tommy had been my furry godmother! Though, I did have one when I was a Baby. He was much less fluffy. But still sweet like Tommy!

Yes, Elvis, we know you were the only baby until the toddler arrived. Don’t hold a grudge. He’s still a kitten, a rather sad little kitten at the moment. He’s not your rival, he’s your brother…sorta…kinda…and you’ll need his help protecting your baby!

But wouldn’t Tommy say “May her fur always be FABULOUS”?

Tsk, tsk Elvis – that is not a a very nice thing to say. And look at how upset you made the Toddler, he still understands you “mow mows”

Oh gosh today’s BCN is especially lovely – I just love how the Woman’s trying to show Toddler nothing’s changed and she still loves him. So here I’m stting here and crying over a comic…owwwwwwwwwwwwww

We recently took in another furry one. My wife looked out the front window about 6 weeks ago and she was sitting on the ledge looking in.

Little Penelope is about a year old, was pregnant (for at least the 2nd time) and needed a home. Now she’s spayed and joined out family of 17 others, most of whom were on the streets too. You’d never guess she was new to our family from how loving she is- she had her head on my arm and a paw wrapped around it the other night.

We are all old babies.

Elvis was First Baby, so I guess he’d know.

So much sweetness! I can’t stand it! Furry godmother Tommy! All this new stuff is just amazing. Georgia, thank you so much for giving me something happy to cry about. I really need that these days.

I hope Tommy will get Elvis to be more reasonable. Siamese do tend to hold grudges.

Love is infinite. That’s an important concept to teach and to learn. It grows and is not a zero – sum proposition or even something you divide up and parcel out.

Elvis should be more sympathetic toward the toddler. Elvis understands what it is like to be first with the woman and then have siblings. His family grew (even though he loves them, he still wants to be the favorite!)

His animosity toward the toddler is some jealousy, but also perhaps a little part of himself doesn’t like that he is jealous. So he is projecting. (And I am probably way off on this one.)

In panel two Elvis and the old Baby have the same eyes. Not the same smile though.

May you grow to be brave, and treat all persons fair,

The look in the Toddler’s eyes in panel 2 says it all. Ihave 2 younger siblings who are about a year apart. My granddaughters are 3 years apart. There is a period of adjustment. :-)

Hello All!! As I said WAY back, I just don’t have the time I want. That, and even with this new up to date phone, I’m having issues typing! (Bear! I feel ya, Sir!!)
