those things have no functional purpose, depending on what kind of helicopter it might be re-purposed for any number of useful things, but a superyacht exists for no reason other than showing off the wealth of its owner.

Yeah, I don’t think the rescue mission will be needing a yacht or a helicopter.

Yeah, finding someone who can afford the $1M a year annual cost for staff (at least!), that’s the hard part!

Floating shelter with quick hospital transport for medical emergencies. There’s likely a homeless vet military chopper pilot who could retrain and recertify.

Think of all the homeless (not to mention sick children!!!) who would love to get a ride on a yacht or helicopter. It could be part of a Make A Wish Foundation.

Helicopters are very noisy.

Just think of what a shelter that superyacht would be!
