Employers seem to hire drunks, druggies and people who have been in and out of prison to give them a chance to “better” themselves and yet the decent people who have never drank, done drugs and never been in prison get nowhere. Surely they should come first?

Starting to think I should have gone down one of those routes. Welcome to reality, everyone!

worked for a company where during an interview the personattacked the hr person.

As if Andy really wanted that job.

They need to arrange a unskilled job for Andy and require him to take it. If he quits or is fired within the first year, his dole money will be permanently cut off.
