Hey, some people have issues using public facilities.
He wasn’t lying!
This is not going to work Calvin, Mom will march you right back to school!
Was that Number 1 or Number 2, Calvin?
He had to go, and he is bad.
Calvin is a distance hiker. He didn’t take the bus home.
Must be an awful long walk to home from school. (Get into the car, Calvin, followed by march to the principal’s office.)
Wait till Calvin REALLY goes bad!
Why didn’t I think of that when i was in school? GENIUS!
Miss Wormwood didn’t correct his grammar. Maybe she was eager to see him go.
I have to admit, that was a very good try, Calvin!
Hey, that’s the same way my mom used to greet me after school!
Yup. Just like Dennis in first grade. He’s the guy that went home at morning recess.
At least he was honest…
I hated it when this comic strip ended. But I’m very grateful to “GoComics” for the daily reruns!
When I was in first grade, each classroom had a 1 person bathroom in the back.
Actually he did not specify where he had to go.
When you gotta go, you gotta go!
Well, he did say “please”. He saw Miss Wormwood had a stick in her hand.
Unfortunately, next time when it’s a “live fire drill,” the boy who cried wolf syndrome might not end well.
One of the top 5 funniest Calvins ever.
If the teacher had said “stick it out until the end of the period” Calvin might have been expelled for indecent exposure! ;o}
Don’t get too upset, Miss Wormwood – he kept you from reaching for the Maalox bottle… again…
“I have to go” doesn’t necessarily mean “ to the bathroom.”
I remember this one! And I still laughed!
I remember when I was a kid, many, many years ago, a boy who lived near me on his first day in kinder-garden did the very same thing.
I think I just saw a 30 year old Calvin working the fryer at Burger King.
Just an excuse to leave the school.
Calvin has a great career as a politician or a lawyer ahead of him.
Heh, I bet Calvin did this a little later into the afternoon, and by the time Calvin got home, school let out!
Don’t read it so literally , the kid said he had to GO. That rascal meant home.
Lolzz.. Kids..
Well, he did say he needed to go, but Ms. Wormwood didn’t know he meant go like leave.
