I just watched Bon Voyage, Charlie Brown (And Don’t Come Back) all the way through for the first time in over thirty years yesterday. Today’s strip reminds me of Peppermint Patty not getting that Pierre is not interested in her. Just like Schrodder prefers his music to Lucy, Pierre prefered Marcie to Peppermint Patty. But unlike Lucy who only needs the one clue, Peppermint Patty couldn’t even be rented ten thousnd clues.
