Netflix sucks! That’s why it works for a romantic evening. After you get sick of the cheap production, bad directing, lousy scripting and pathetic acting, you go to bed and have sex.
it’s not all Arlo’s fault…Janis could initiate the action right there on the couch. If he keeps watching tv there are things she could do to get his attention
Their marriage would be more romantic if they spent time apart during the day doing interesting activities. That way they would have something new to talk about at night.
Long nights here like that are romantic for us. We watch all cuddled up on the couch, lightly running fingers on each other. Of course, that stops to take a drink of hot chocolate every now and then.
The 4 panels suggest that the bowl of popcorn has lasted through the entire episode. Now THAT is farfetched! If my wife and I make a bowl of popcorn for watching something on TV, we’re lucky if it lasts 5 minutes, 10 minutes at the absolute max!
We signed up for a better deal and basically got TV for free. Unfortunately we also got HGTV. So now my wife, that hardly ever watched TV, is glued to it. I probably shouldn’t complain because of all the time I used to spend on the computer.

Here’s a hint Arlo. If you want romance on a long night binge watching? Then don’t waste time binge watching.

If your just going to sit there, at least rub her feet for her. Women tend to love that and might want to take it further.

We usually go on the net together and laugh at the pictures and stories together. Makes for great evenings.

And when you’re lying on your death bed, you’’ll think, “I wish I had watched more TV and less sex.” Right.

Remember when Netflix mailed out dvd’s and had real movies? I can’t stand it now.

Let Janis drive the remote control. She won’t be picking movies with bullets and speeding cars.
