Don’t worry about offending others. It’s their choice whether or not they are offended. Those who choose to be offended were looking for something to be offended by anyway. What a miserable way to go through life.

Just bring cookies or cake. Not your fault if the recipient is diabetic, but that wouldn’t be construed as an offensive gift. LOL

How about a nice shiny clean gift card? What’s to offend?

It’s a poignant strip anyway. Our Western society seems to have become more fractured and fractious. We have less mutual respect, which in turn is a cause for less mutual respect….It is sad to have lived through the Civil Rights era, where more mutual respect was the (stated) goal, only to see it slip away.

All the ""Secret Santa" gift exchange parties I have ever been to, the idea was to get the MOST offensive / embarrassing gifts possible within the declared price range.

I aim to misbehave. It’s entertaining to watch the PC SJW heads explode when I do.

A lady I work with says she is not allowed to participate in any way by Islam. I don’t know if a gift would be offensive but dare not risk it lest I hurt her feelings.

The way “being offended” is done these days it’s little more than stamping your feet and having a tantrum to get your own way. If you’re really offended about something you simply withdraw from it, knowing it’s not your place to dictate to others what they do or say.

Wait, you could just get them something, they will be offended, the Hart Studios will drop them from the strip, and then they will get $9.5 million from the Hart’s like Eliza Dushku did from CBS!

I find that it’s very easy to offend someone who wants to be offended.

It is very hard to offend me. Thick skin, heart not on my sleeve but some seem to be including our esteemed president have very thin skins and get offended biggly when it happens.
