I never seriously minded the kids leaving out a cereal box or even crumbs etc. on the table (I probably did that myself as a kid), but what used to drive me wild was when my brother’s kids would leave the bowl still half full of milk (and it might still be there a couple hours later!). At least my kids never did anything like that (nor did I)!
