In the Roswell time travel incident, Philip J. Fry becomes his own grandfather. Fry who was cryogenically frozen in the year 2000, He was revived in 2999. Time Travel paradox’s are complicated.
The Heinlein novel “The Door Into Summer” has a time machine sort-of paradox in it. I won’t spoil it, but besides being my second SF novel, it gave me a love for SF but also a love for CATS!! I’ve never been without a cat since I left my home and my family when I was no more than a boy (I also like Simon and Garfunkle…).

Makes absolutely no sense, but it is funny. Come to think of it, I could make that comment on nearly every Brewster comic.

I’m a time traveler. Every minute I go another minute into the future.

Or did he make a 3D print of himself — not alive, of course — and fake his own death by leaving it Then?
