I’m frankly at a loss to account for the fact that I find this strip so utterly charming. Well, the clam mating calls might be a hint.

Seems I have heard that comedy is almost always a twist on expectations and reality, so I’m grateful for Isis’ appearances throwing reality into the mix on occasion to keep the contrast ‘real’.

From these humble beginnings to “Wallace the Brave”! IMHO, one of the best comics.
