He is the definition of the word Recidivism. Recidivism: is the act of a person repeating an undesirable behavior after they have experienced negative consequences of that behavior. He just can’t help himself. Does anyone know how this got started? Or for that matter what The Spook’s real name is?

It’s odd that different people view the same thing quite differently. The spook’s repetitive behavior reminds me of Nelson Mandela, not a clueless recidivist. I suppose the difference lies in one’s values.
