Actually, it seems to take an active imagination to walk safely in some areas. Vehicle traffic in the roads, skate boards, sidewalk surfers, people viewing the latest idiot-gram on their phones. But, if one is able to walk 3-4 miles in an hour, there are benefits.

I do a mile daily, and I’m still 30 lb.s over. 20 miles would take up too much time.
