what’re the chances of getting a toenail clipping in your nose?

If people ask her why she is putting pliers up her nose, she can say that she is trying to cure dementia by pulling a toenail out of her nose.

Been there done that.

I think if I had done that there’d be some really annoying noises coming from my proboscis as I try to dislodge the offending nail.
