Better not let them catch you Muffin or they’ll realize you’re the guilty cat. You’ll be punished and Roscoe will be cuddled and apologized to and probably fed something nice.

Roscoe wouldn’t mind a nice steak, maybe some Snausages or Liv-a-snaps would be ok in a pinch. Some sort of treat is definitely in order.

The plot thickens.

Sadly, I see a scenario where the cat is outed as the criminal, but gets no punishment because cats are “just so darn cute.”

I’ll be the downer on this cartoon. Dogs will have no idea why they are being punished unless the punishment is immediate. Cats will just fear you if you punish them. They do not make the connection between their deeds and the punishment.

Muffin will get away with a slap on the paw.

so actually then the one who should be blamed and sent outside is Opal!

Man is the only animal who uses tools…other than all the many others.

Opal sides with the cat any way-I don’t even think she likes the dog. Poor dog.

I’ve seen videos (including beer commercials) of dogs doing this.

… and all these years Earl has been getting up to get his own can of beer or soda and Roscoe COULD have been fetching it?!
