While not written on any sign, they will tell you estimates are based on what they can see and they warn that extras may occur if unseen damage is found after getting into the repair. “Underestimates” is the result especially for collision repair work. This guy, however, looks more like a mechanic that should be capable of analyzing a problem and giving an accurate estimate…!
