Satchel’s problem could be fixed with a little judo.

I had to look it up. Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill designed the Sears Tower.

Why is that cat so offended? Does he work for the feline branch of that company, Skidmark, Meowing and Ferrill?

Skidmore, Owing, and Merrill architects of fine skyscrapers.

Ironic an architect from Argentina and (probably) Catholic, designed a quintessentially Islamic structure.

He (Pelli) also trained in Bloomfield Hills MI with Eero Saarinen. On of my best friends when we lived there lived in a Saarinen home that was built adjacent to a pond so that, when sitting in the living room you felt like you were floating in a boat.

There is no longer a Sears tower, shoot, there’s hardly a Sears.

I’ve really enjoyed this architectural story arc.
