Why is it that the teacher’s first assumption is that Heart and Kat must be involved with each other and not that the other girls are just being jerks?

Yep. Some teacher she is, to take one side’s story and not hear the other side’s story also. Besides which, a Drama Teacher at Drama Camp and she never had panic attacks to cope with? Get real. And, she doesn’t recognize lil snarky-pants tattle-tales either? Even worse.
