Y’know, I think someone should take a look at Doctor Mittens’s qualifications.

First boy kit has his father’s markings, but his mother’s ear color. Second boy kit has his mother’s color. Third is all daddy’s except for his mother’s eyes. If Georgia hadn’t put a heart by her name, I’d have wanted to add it myself In appreciation of her subtlety!

Is today The Man & The Woman’s wedding anniversary? trying to think of reason for the heart by Georgia’s signature.

and is that a smiley face above her signature. almost looks like a whale’s tail. of course, it is 4 a.m. here and I haven’t gotten a lot of sleep, so Cat knows what I’m seeing!

According to the character tags on breakingcatnews.com, the boys are Rascal, Rogue, and Rowdy, and the girl is Sweetheart.

Princess looks as if she’s about to slap Dr. Mittens’s stethoscope off. I don’t think he’s got a clue who he’s dealing with.

My goodness…lying, cheating, stealing, unrequited love…its like a soap opera!

The seascape in the last panel is gorgeous…love how Georgia expresses so much with a few brushstrokes!

OMC everyone…you have to check out Georgia’s fb or instagram. She rescued an adorable lost bulldog and had her as an afternoon visitor until her people turned up to fetch her. The last two pics are of Stella meeting Elvis thru the patio door…so cute.

While I want to make sure she doesn’t forget about the cat in the basement, Georgia needs to keep O9L going for a few more days … the past few days of comments have been hilarious. And, as someone who’s been struggling with a low-level, week-long anxiety attack, the comments – and all of you – have been just what I’ve needed.

The kittens in panel 3 remind me of certain masked rodents. And yes, it’s good to sea Capt. Nimble again.

What?! Munch! Munch! Umfvaweeoble! (swallowing popcorn) What a snake in the cat grass!You should swat that Dr.Mittens silly, Princess! I can’t watch this anymor…OOOOH! KITTENS!!

Snowball is awfully chipper to be “dying,” yet poor naive Angora is still falling for the ruse hook line and sinker!

Princess Taggart looks as if she might go full-on alpha female any second now. Can you just imagine? (Princess, in an aside to Sweetheart: "Close your eyes dear, Mama has some business to attend to. POW! BAM! CRACK!)

Shaunn asked me to let everyone know that she will be back soon. She just imbibed too much of Robin’s hospitality and is not suitable company at this time. (You don’t want to ask.) Love to all.

Who knows? Princess may ‘complete’ that part, the way she’s now feeling!! :)

Here from Georgia’s facebook is the story of her doggy rescue. I’m impressed how much trouble she went to. "We spent International Cat Day with a dog!This is Stella! She really knows how to stop traffic—literally! We got stuck in a mini-traffic jam at the bottom of a hill on 180th, and could not see what the hold up was. Then a big truck got antsy and tried to go around everyone (WHY do people DO that? There’s ALWAYS a reason why everyone is stopped! Just be safe and wait it out, dang!) and as they screeched on their brakes, I finally saw this little bulldog darting anxiously back and forth in the middle of the road. She’d gotten loose and several folks had only narrowly avoided hitting her. Now all lanes were waiting her out.She made a mad dash for the woods and another car and I pulled over. The other car and I talked briefly (she was on her way elsewhere, I had only been out doing errands, I luckily had the time. I assured her I’d do my best to track down the dog). Finally found this little beauty crouched and hiding low. She crawled on her belly to me, and I carried her to the car.Having no idea what to do next, I knocked on some doors but no one was home. We continued our ride to Top Pot (our favorite donut shop) with a guest, and thank goodness our favorite-donut-friend suggested we bring her to our vet next to get her microchip checked. So, off we went to our vet’s office! Her chip was unregistered, but thankfully there was a record of the vet who had bought it. Our vet called that vet who looked up her number from a big book and called back to let us all know her name is Stella. The vet called her owner, we called her owner, and then we waited.Stella hung out with the kids and I in my studio, which is separate from the house. We took her on a walk, gave her some dog food and a squeaky purple pig toy. Elvis spotted her through a window, but otherwise she did not meet the cats.

continuing Georgia’s post "Later in the afternoon, our call was returned! Stella’s People were out of town and somehow she had gotten out while they were gone. Their son arrived to feed and check on her, and when he found her missing checked voicemails and found our call. Tonight Stella is home safe and sound!!

She is a terrifically good girl. Thank you for hanging out with us today, Stella! Your patience with a family of cat-people trying to figure out caring for a dog for an afternoon was amazing. She was an awesome guest, and I’m so grateful we could find her People! Microchip your animals, please! And register the chips or make certain your vet keeps good records of them. It’s a modern miracle that this girl could be returned to her home in hours, we all live in a very fortunate time as pet owners!What a sweet, sweet dog this gal is"

Well, for all who won’t admit to watching “9 Lives”, will you at least admit it’s a better program to watch than the test pattern while you stand by the TV? I mean, at least you’re allowed to sit for “9 Lives”. ;-)

Back at the doctor for a follow-up on my leg. Unfortunately, my boss doesn’t seem to care what the doctor says is “light duty” – she’s got me standing, pulling, lifting, & just about everything else I’m not supposed to do. Leg is on fire. Hopefully he won’t take me completely out of work to heal.

Happy Birthday to the Man!

Good afternoon, everyone. I just got home from watching a neighbour’s two boys. I now know more about Minecraft than I thought was humanly possible.

What I love most about Georgia’s kittens is they’re all so roly poly. I miss when my babies were tiny fur balls and I could kiss their tummies.

I know we have Indiana folk here, including Shaunn and her sis. This, about Muncie, is way cool.
