He’s making fresh calamari.

Where did Calvin get the money to buy them, and why would they sell squid to a six year-old? Does Mom know?

So many questions, so much trouble to cause.

Well apparently he’s pulling your glasses right off your face somehow.

This is NOT the story of the Squid that Did…

Squidward would NOT want to meet Calvin.

Hobbes was hungry and canned Tuna doesn’t cut it anymore so I had to get him something alive.

I’ve never seen anywhere with live squid for sale. Maybe in China or Japan.

Those alarm bells in your head are loud…

CALVIN: “Can you tell if any of them are female? Squiddly Diddly is paying top dollar.”

Dad would be surprised at the places where one can put a squid.

Somebody has been hanging out with Lio!

I had squid for dinner the other night. Yum!

Calamari ….omg M M M M M

Too late, Dad! Too late!

I’m not sure Calvin is doing anything. He may have just been making an observation.

But his dad knows better, right!

Every parent becomes sensitive to that awful silence that actually sends out vibrations when a kid is up to something.

Calvin and dad have evidently played this game before.

So life teaches us that we just forget about Moe? And they say crime doesn’t pay.

Took a while dad.

I’ve tried diligently to enjoy calamari. But it makes my dentures come loose and feels like chewing rubber. Maybe I’ve just never had good calamari. Makes good bait for ocean fishing, though.

Off the coast of Seattle there are octopuses (that is correct, I looked it up. One only uses Octopi when they are between dough in a dish) with arm spans of 8 feet. They have been known to pull the face masks off of divers who mess with them.

We bought a can of fish chunks once that had a whole squid in it. It looked so appetizing, we gave the contents to the cats. The cats stared at the squid for a few minutes, gave it a few jabs, and finally decided to eat it.

Now why would he suspect something is amiss?

Refilling his printer’s ink cartridge, obviously.

I once had a pet squid. Inky.

Not sure what he’s doing, but I bet it has to do with a blender and microwave oven.
