One night after using the toilet, I found a large spider (looked like the size of a 50-cent coin) in my bathroom sink. Kept spraying the arachnid with my 409 from under my sink until it curled up and then I rinsed it down the sink. Disgusting way to ruin the rest of my night’s sleep.

I always keep a can of spider spray near my front door and use it mostly on black widow spiders if I find one. Those things are nasty!

She should have opened the window and “scent” it on its way.

In my experience, spraying them with air freshener disorients them long enough to then swat them.

Gawd, I haven’t seen a house fly in ages. . .and I literally mean years. What happened to the little buggers?

If you rid your house of them, you’ll get on the no fly list.

Back in the day, I had a room freshener spray with a fake “monster repellent” label. Worked great for those under-the-bed monsters.

Mosquitos are the bane of my existence, with gnats and flies coming a very close second.

I don’t mind spiders, as they feast on the above-mentioned nuisances. My wife, however, is not so tolerant of arachnids.

So Opel is a felon now!

Maybe not so much nowadays, but it used to be on the label on the back of the can of air freshener and many other things there was a statement that using this product in a manner not subscribed was against federal law. Thus if you use air freshener to kill a spider or a fly you have just committed a felony. Bottom line is just about everybody in this country could be guilty of a felony.

Just here doing my thing for you.

I sprayed a mosquito with insect repellent. I knew it would not kill her, but she would be miserable. Turnabout is reputed to be fair play.

Freshner spray doesn’t cut it with flying insects. Get out your can of hairspray and the fly will go down in a heartbeat.

Air Fresheners do not freshen the air. They only add chemicals to it which make it smell even worse.

Better than a mosquito. Flies are annoying, but mosquitoes draw blood.
