A thing I used to do at gatherings was hold up my hand and make little pinching gestures in the air with it to see if anybody could guess what it was supposed to be.

My simplest, and most commented costume was: two pieces of black electrical tape for eyebrows, a black electrical tape moustache, and a pretzel rod as a cigar. Walked, talked and used every line I could remember of Groucho Marx. Also said a line I don’t think he ever said, but could hear him saying: “Good evening ladies. I’d like to say you look most beautiful this evening, but my principles against lying prevent me from doing so.”
