Peter, just how is telling everyone to be productive being productive?

I think the response should have been ‘you WON’T starve’

That was the ONLY reason I ever did anything “productive”: I had to eat. Otherwise, work is a four-letter word.

“Be productive.” What’s next? “Be Happy In Your Work?”

The guy is either trying to start a company where he pays the employees Slave wages. Or a prison camp………..,

Pragmatic self-interest is the ultimate motivator. When his mind hears his body speak, he will move.

It is all a matter of motivation.

A large amount of human suffering is caused by the fact that humans do nothing to relieve the suffering. And some is caused by the fact that some humans like to cause other humans to suffer.

(Mostly the former, though.)

Interesting that this should be the theme for this week. I had a week vacation, which I intended to use cleaning my apartment. Instead, I spent most of the time honing my procrastination skills.
