    It’s not the gluten that’s the selling point; it’s the sugar. It rots everyone’s teeth and puts them into a diabetic coma. I should think you’d have multiple offers!

    I made chocolate chip cookies last night. With gluten. And nuts. And sugar. And eggs. And cinnamon. And chili powder: “Mexican Chocolate chip cookies.” And I thought about people with objections, allergies or intolerances to pretty much every ingredient. Briefly. Then I want right on baking ’em. Yum!

    PS: I use habañero powder for the chili because I like its flavor better than traditional red chili powder. Don’t use very much!
