There was an old Mad Magazine parody of “What if comic strips were accurate”, and one of the cartoons was “What if Dennis the Menace’s parents had normal patience?” Henry was (FINALLY) giving Dennis a good hard spanking. The Dems might want to look that up…….

Of course “Good Ol’ Mr. McConnell” will defend him to the last…

If nothing else, this is a good reminder that Dennis Mitchell started out as a real hell-child. Not coincidentally, it also used to be a funny strip (probably before most of you were born).

In the end, the real stolen cookies turned out to be the friends we cheated along the way.

So why isn’t this called “Donny the Menace”?
