IDK…never had chops taste like chicken….I don’t know wether to cluck or oink…

My husband once assumed my lemon chicken was fish. Best fish he ever tasted, he said!

The fried onions should have given it away.. never pair chicken with fried onions.. but mandatory with pork chops

why in the world would you ever bread pork chops

Pork chops don’t look anything like chicken. Must be time for Earl to get new glasses! (And tune up his taste buds, too.)

I had a McRib last night because of all the people I know that think they are so awesome. Well I can say that my avatar was very happy when I got home. She got at least what she thought was a treat.

Same as my family recipe. Except we use the ones with the bone in them.

Tomorrow night it’s chicken flavored rattle snake.

Me and Hubs last night – he compliments my chicken casserole; it was beef. Sigh.

I got a taste of “meatless meat burger” at Costco yesterday. As tofu, it was the best I’ve ever tasted. As ground chicken it wasn’t too  bad. As regular hamburger it was downright disappointing.

PS: The very best burger I’ve ever eaten was 75% Wagu/Angus cross and 25% ground pork.
