I know it’s unfair to point this out, but the Persian astrologers did not go to the birth-stables. They went to “Mary’s house” in Bethlehem, and if there’s any truth to the story about the “slaughter of the innocents” (probably not), we would have to infer that little Jesus was about two years old when they showed up.
