Right there with ya.

As soon as a comedy cartoon goes political, I drop it. If I want political cartoons, they are done better by those who specialize in them.

Those lawless Republicans are turning the USA into a 3rd world S hole country.

Haven’t seen a “year in review” comic in a while. It seems some cartoonists gave up trying to write those in despair. (Not that I mind this one at all.)

I think the last one I can recall was Tom Tomorrow in 2017, where he decided to just go with a big ol’ dumpster fire.

The day that bleeping bleep-face mother-bleeper bleeping finally gets his bleeping bleep the bleep out of the White House, there will be a bleeping massive celebration.

I can assure you that the problem here is not your language.

No worries, Carol. Those who are trying to control you with their threats will stay around to see if they worked. And your language is appropriate for the events noted.

Bold times call for bold language. Or at least italics.

All true, but I like to balance the “bad” with “advancements”. Here’s three: worldwide literacy is up; deaths of children 1-5 worldwide is down; the percent of people worldwide living in extreme poverty is down. (A good source for the “advancement” is “Undark Magazine”.) I suspect that 2020 will be much the same: some ups, some downs. I remain cautiously optimistic.

I have a two part resolution suggestion for you: broaden your sources of information, don’t believe something just because you wish it were true.

I suspect that they will pare down their cartoons to just a handful.

December: 45 gets impeached. Oh, yes he bleeping did!

My own resolution: “To keep sinking further down into the bottle, and not come back out until all this is over.”

I don’t care if they give equal time to both sides, it’s when someone singles out one political view and ignores the others.

I know. It ****ing sucks.
