I started wearing shorts here in PA about two weeks ago, I won’t put on long pants until at least October unless I’m forced to wear a suit.

We just had snow a couple of days ago here in Northern Colorado and its supposed to drop another inch tonight
Think I might wait a few more weeks or so on the shorts

Time was when all boys under the age of fourteen or so wore shorts. Most of them looked forward to wearing long pants becoming “a young man” rather than “a little boy”.

Leading edge boomer here. Today’s predicted high in the outer Bay Area, one range of hills east of the bay, is 85. Shorts and water shoes. No socks is a bonus.

I don’t find wearing shorts attractive in an area with lots of stinging nettles.
