maybe if you had an appointment to the optometrist for new glasses, Earl, you’d know it was a dress

Bad choice of words for Earl. Now he has to sit out on the porch and think about what he did.

Someone going to have to share their doghouse.

Or she could thank Earl for keeping her from wearing that mistake in public.

That one’s right up there with “Oh, I see you’re pregnant!” for potential downsides…

It’s a dress it’s a shower curtain, nobody will know the difference!

Earl is lucky that the chair did not get turned over.

Honestly, shower curtain was the first thing I thought too.

I know it’s a cartoon, but I am trying to imagine any scenario in a real marriage where one person says to the other, “You unintentionally said something I don’t like, so go sit on the porch and think about why it made me mad.”

I was afraid she’d stopped at Victoria’s Secret (never did get the “secret” part. ain’t no secrets in those outfits).

At least he had time to put his shoes on.

But does it make her look fat?

Besides the weekly Saturday Pickles rerun, this week’s Pickles strips – Sunday, March 1, 2020; Wednesday, March 4, 2020; and Thursday, March 5, 2020 – were reruns too.

Earl might just ought to think about getting his eyes checked.

I’m trying to imagine my DIL wearing their red WI Badgers shower curtain as a dress. No would even notice at Camp Randall.

I sympathize with Earl. It is not that us guys are wrong, it is how often we are wrong.

He should know better by now. And don’t even think about Omar the Tent Maker.

Never say more than the absolute minimum.. most times just a smile will do.

As I was passing through in Walmart, I ran across a lady friend who was holding up a questionably large underwear. I asked her if she was getting a new canopy for the backyard gazebo. She smiled, took it in good humor and said a**hole.

A natural mistake.

Looks like he was sent to the seat of shame.
