A woman’s purse is really a Tardis!

My wife has slightly dissimilar shoulders: the one that holds her "hand"bag is a little bit lower. For my part, I just have to tighten my belt to keep my pockets from dragging my pants down.

We might be talking days later!

Whenever I’m hosting a meeting of any kind, I always make sure there are boxes of Kleenex® out in a ratio of about 1 box per 3 or 4 people.

A team of archaeologists was lost in my wife’s purse.

Most classrooms have tissue boxes provided by parents. There is never enough money for the school to buy them.

My mother in law kept tissues in her purse. I’ve seen her sneak lightly used ones back in there at times. Seeing as they all come out somewhat crumpled up, I wouldn’t dare ever ask her for one…

“…there will be handbag specialists.”

Will there also be ‘old bag’ specialists?

In the news a coupledays back, there was a story of a purse found when they pulled some high school lockers away from the wall. They figured it fell behind the lockers around 1957. It was a real time capsule….

I thought that the steamer-trunk-sized handbag was passé.

They will be the bomb squad.

I can just imagine the arguments involving competing theories of the handbag.

It’s nice to know that in the few weeks since we mocked Mrs. Olsen for not getting a flu shot, at least she’s learned the other basic flu prevention method. No disease should carry a stigma, but we all know some of them have or do. And for me, one of those stigma vectors is the flu. Every time I come down with it, I feel like I’m in some small way showing the world that I cannot keep my fingers away from my nose.

How does picking your nose get rid of a cold?? Boogers, yes…
