Did Odie raid Jon’s wardrobe?

Garfield’s 13th Law (Final Law of the First 13 Garfield Laws): Dogs say the 1980’s fashion is their life, but not really. Their life is more like the 21st century dumb and happy life with an obese feline who is his best friend.

Dogs who wear clothes usually have bored owners.

They should actually be wearing masks, and stay away from humans.

Dogs are fashion blind.

They don’t get a choice in the matter….

Because humans are inconsiderate and selfish! The truth is the vast majority of dogs hate having human clothes on and only tolerate it out of love! (per dog behavior experts)

As long as Odie doesn’t dress ANYTHING like Jon does for his dates, it’s fine by me!

Actually, I’d say he is pretty fashionable, considering that he had to work with whatever he found in Jon’s closet.

Odie still has a better fashion sense than Jon.

The second I saw Odie I started hearing the Shaft theme song.

Who’s the cat that won’t cop out when there’s danger all about? (Shaft) Right on

Because their owners don’t know any better or don’t care. Dogs (and cats) hate wearing human clothes. We’ve all heard of the eccentric women who dress their pets in “cute” clothes and just can’t get enough of their “soooo cuuuute widdle doggiekins”. In the opinion of some dog experts, that borders on cruelty to animals.

I’ve seen more dogs wearing little clothes in my neighborhood too, not just the little poncho things but actual pants, shoes, and even little hats. I think their owners are trying to limit the amount of exposed fur to protect them from the corona virus, since it seems that cats and dogs CAN get it (I don’t know if it makes them sick, but they can test positive.)
