I am still not follow about what Luann isa yammering.

Bernice called it, Luann is C Student

No wonder she didn’t make it into Mooney U. Is that how she spends an hour of study time? I thought she had ambitions to be a teacher.

Will Nancy be returning on Monday? She does her best productivity stuff after cuddling.

Somewhere in this Strip, there are young adults struggling with:

1) Poor grades

2) Social media addiction.

3) Acceptance.

4) Money issues.

5) Self esteem issues

6) Parental abandonment

7) Loneliness

8) Boredom.

But not Luann. She should thank her lucky stars she’s not “Them.” And Bernice should back off. Luann’s ability to unscramble words might make for a great cryptologist one day.

Pretty clever om both girl’s part. But I have to give the edge to Bernice. Mainly because she used far less letters than Luann..

Hmm. Usually, Frank and Nancy are relegated to the Sunday strips. Since they were present in the weekday strips for this last week, and based on where they were headed in the last panel of yesterday’s strip, it appears Greg decided not to go there.

After getting a second job and assuming some of Nancy’s housekeeping duties – Luann may start to value her spare time.

What ever happened to Bernice’s Brother Ben?

The Two Ronnies once did a sketch where all they said were letters and numbers. It was a guy trying to order breakfast at a diner (with a German waitress). Stuff like “F U N E M N X?” “9 I F N M N X. I 8 M.”

Luann a C student? That is giving her the benefit of the doubt. More like a D or F student. She has the brains of a door knob.

Luann is a character. The Evanses are the ones who actually sat there and figured out a logical sentence using the first three letters of produce. My guess is it was Karen.

I know it’s Sunday…I like the “Mooney U” drama club…aka Stirring The Pot.. :^)

Can I just say that the more I see of Bernice the less I like her.

Even after so many years, Luann never stop to amaze Bernice. She probably finds Luann amusing and likes her company, even if she pretends to be annoyed by her. Because for Bernice showing to o many humanity must be a sign of weakness or something like this. I love this friendships ♡!

Luann is creative. It’s a fun word game. Made me smile.

A big Fail today…

Encryptions are interesting. Many to pick, many you can “create” of your own. Colors are a favorite, so many ways to describe them (names, actual names, numbers (there’s at least three different number methods). Encryption is also what the English language is made up of and makes it one of the most difficult languages to learn. Encryption there takes the form of local slang.

Luann appears to be polishing up her procrastination skills today. And, as usual, Berniece has the last word!

sundays have also been consumed with similarly (boring) at home Frank & Nancy scenes. maybe now we can add in some sunday bar scenes.

Luann is exercising her brain with word games. This type of activity is a great way to stay mentally sharp.

Has Luann been in confinement, too? Or just seriously bored? Or Greg couldn’t find anything more intelligent to make a comic about?

I initially thought this was the first Luann strip to acknowledge the stay at home culture most of us are in right now. Luann’s word game isn’t all that different from what many bored people are coming up with right now to pass the time.

Whatcha been smoking, Luann? This is definitely something a stoner would think of.

I suppose I’m the oddball here. I actually appreciate the Greg classic strips of Luann and Bernice interacting. It’s a classical scatter brain and obsessive dichotomy. A staple in entertainment!

I know that Pibgorn also has Pibgorn sketches where you can see the artist’s rough drawings. Now, Greg’s drawings are so precise that I wonder if he actually draws them by hand, or if he has some kind of computer/machine that does the art work for him?
