Shaky seems not to share the shooting prowess of his dead namesake

Oh, my heart doth long to see

A Tracy strip that manages to be

Adventurous with a side of cool

And doesn’t treat me like a fool

With plots as shaky as the beam

I fear it’s destined to be a dream

I don’t know where the answer lies

I’m sure the boys do really try

But more and more they drop the ball

The strip seems destined to trip and fall

If Shaky does manage to get off a shot, the recoil from the gun will cause him to fall off the girder, which he and the breezes are causing to move…

The end is coming… You can’t fool physics and nature…

There hasn’t been an intelligent villain since Stiletta who’s only mistake was a fatal misjudgment.

Every single bad guy/gal since then has been an insult to the readers.

And the crane operator should listen to Shaky’s demands, because….

Good morning™, inquisitive observers !

Our boy is heading for a fall. Crane guy can bump that thing between floors and “shake” him off. He lands on the bad arm and the guys come up and shuffle him off to a ‘nice’ cold cell; I wouldn’t put him in the warm part of the building. Better yet, put him in one of the drunk tank cells that hasn’t been hosed down yet.

Shaky thinks he could hit Tracy, if only the girder was steady. Well, first of all, I rather doubt he could hit Tracy from there, and secondly, there’s no way the girder is going to stop swinging with him on it, because he shakes all the time.

Someone should tell Shaky that being 100 feet up on a girder with a Christmas tree and an American flag stands out more than a yellow raincoat.

I think Avenger 09 is totally accurate in his assessment of this strip, which has gone steadily downhill in the last year or two.

I don’t think Shaky will ever have a career as a Circus tightrope walker.

Let me guess: Shaky takes a pot shot at Tracy, and the recoil pushes him oveeeeerrrrrrrrrr ….. woo hoo hoo hoo!

We know it’s probably not.

Tracy will duck,

Shaky is foiled,

Fatally recoiled!

His backflip ends with a splat.

Feeling that Chester’d,

A far cry from Gould,

It’s all come unglued,

Shaky, you said “beam me up” The crane operator names Scotty, perhaps?

I swear, the syndicate must be dictating a limit to “violent content.” Tess magically went from serious to an overnight stay, and instead of an intense chase, we got a week and a half of Crystal comedy. Now it looks like the finale will just be Shaky falling. It’s as dramatic as a week of Ernie Bushmiller’s “Nancy” strips.

Shaky is being shaken.

And the plan to get away after killing Tracy is? Shaky has a high enough IQ to run for political office.

I still don’t know why Shaky wanted to get on that girder. But I guess he also didn’t realize that once he did, the guy operating the crane would be the one in charge, not him.

1) why are they going to listen to him when he says ‘stop.’

2) see what i said yesterday, that’s an open frame of a building but they said the plant was to commemorate it being finished.

The phrase “high dive into an empty tank” comes to mind.

As I said. His plan was not well thought out. It’s moving because he’s on it. There’s NO outcome that is good for him.

This is kind of straining believability…..why he would get on that thing in the first place, and then shoot Tracy from where the whole world would see him do it….

So, over two weeks ago tess takes a bullet and it takes more than a week of slapstick ridiculous wastes of time to go from “this doesng look good” to “she’s going to be fine” then another week of ridiculousness and viola! Tracy appeared out of nowhere… just randomly as shown here today, not even aware that shaky is there

Can we please audition a new writer for this strip that can actually form a cohesive, coherent, engaging storyline and present it logically within the time constraints set forth by the parent company?

Don’t worry Shaky, the fall won’t hurt you. On the other hand, that sudden stop…..

Is there any significance to a tree on the end of the girder and a flag at the other? Odds are that the machine operator won’t be able to hear him due to the noise.

Shaky shakes the beam and thinks he can pop Tracy from way up there in the air?! I guess maybe blood poisoning from his arm wound has reached his rattled (literally) brain! It seems almost unavoidable that he’s going to take a fatal dive….
