My wife always got annoyed when I told my nieces that all girls have cooties. Last year her birthday present to me was new book “Revenge of the Cootie Girls”. Just to get her goat, I actually read it.

Hey! The announcement about Garfield Minus Garfield finally went away!

I always had a problem with this. MY school never had ALL the boys in one sport outside of gym class. Not even close.

His personality and imagination tend to lead well to social distancing.

The parochial schools I went to didn’t have any organised sports. For the most part, we all played together at recess.

I remember this arc, prepare for some peer pressure, toxic masculinity, and sexist assumptions in the coming days.

If that was true coronavirus would have never gotten off the ground.

What does it matter? I thought Calvin always played by himself.

Even at that young age I was more than happy to hang out with the girls at recess. Baseball was much better left as a pick-up activity on the sandlot near my house after school.

Odd, I’ve been thinking a LOT about the old “cooties” routine lately, for some reason . . .
