I know we think of Sophie as being an introvert, but I think she really needed this … It’s wonderful for her to have this sense of belonging!

There are no words for how much I love this Sophie story. I’m an introvert art nerd who has trouble in groups, so this whole storyline really speaks to me.

Introverts want friends. They even enjoy socializing, but they have a limited capacity for it, and get burned out after a bit. Good to see that others realized that did want to be part of the group.

I’d bet the vibrations from panel three’s PURRs can be felt all the way into the attic of the Big Pink House.

What a great “feel good” arc which incorporated scripted pro wrestling which so many of us grew up watching over the years to facilitate getting Sophie involved with the crew! This arc is one of my favorites along with Tommy being found by his woman with an assist from Elvis after he helped Elvis find his way home, Goldie finding a new home and Beatrix going from kitten lost in a Nor’Easter to being the employee of the month at the bookstore!

The story arcs just keep getting better, hats off to you, Georgia!

My big complaint about this whole story arc is how many time it made my screen go all blurry and out of focus. Way to go Georgia!

It’s so nice to see that Sophie has made some more friends with this visit.

How small Sophie’s carrier is now! At the beginning, when it was her refuge, it was as big as a mansion for her.

The only time I’ve seen Tommy not looking huge – in the arm of his Woman.

This has been a wonderful story—so looking forward to the next one!

Alright, physical contact at last. It’s head bumps but I’ll take it. Congratulations on a feel-good storyline with an open end. (Being cats, cardboard set destruction could turn out to be more attractive than elaborate acting.)

Today is Record Store Day. Do such things still exist? It seems that even CDs are passe. Fortunately, audiophiles (they make toebean addicts look perfectly normal and sane … ;^}) believe that records have better sound quality.

OT: to all those who expressed sympathy and good wishes yesterday, a big Thank You! I see that I have a lot of company, too. :-( This episode is almost as bad as those when I was first recovering from 6.5 hours of back surgery 39 years ago. Can’t take NSAIDs because it worsens the prognosis if I get COVID-19, can’t go in for a scan or epidural for the same reason. Looks like this will be a long siege. Thanks again for the good wishes.

I know many have said this, but I have to say my joy for Sophie when I read todays strip was full body and I burbled out in a weird combination of AWWWW….YAY…..Go Sophie! ***SNIFF*** and then as I absorbed the 3rd panel again my darn inferior screen once again got blurry as I continue to laugh and leak (just out of my eyes, thank you) for at least 2 minutes.
