Go, Goldie, go! A case is just the thing to break up monotony – as Sherlock Holmes (and by extension, John Watson, and didn’t he appreciate it!) knew very well.
Poor Boy. As an experienced Older Sibling, I suggest you check with the Girl’s belongings. Sometimes Younger Siblings borrow and forget to let you know, after all.
Hello, everyone! I decided to write a comment after few months) Well… Go, Goldie, go!
Also, thanks Georgia, for not forgetting me (that’s actually a big surprise for me!). I saw a stream-interview “The Social Distance Show”. Also thanks Michael Wurn to show me that!
Sorry, I have no time to read comments every day( And miss so much interesting stuff, even Georgia’s stream on YouTube few days ago((((
I think the last Pengo sighting was on Easter Sunday. He was next to the coffee table. Did he get put away in one of the big plastic tubs with the Easter decor?
Hey Georgia if you read the comments, then can you answer this question? How naughty are the boys from a scale of 1-10? I really wanna know if the boys are good boys or are they naughty boys! Please! :)
Bad news, I think the tiddlywinks have figured out I am trying to leave the banana patch. I don’t think I can wait for pie any longer. I am going to escape tonight after I shred my credit cards, drivers license and underwear. The tiddlywinks will never be able to track me, but just to be sure, I will line my hat with foil so they cant read my mind.
I will head out of town, out of the country. I know a place a place that is so remote and filled with such baffling people that I should be able to blend in without question. An entire nation of pessimists and eccentrics.
I can’t tell you where, but when I re-surface, I will make contact to the orb. Well I’m off to Australia. Wait, did I just think that or type that? Got to go…………….
With Goldie on the case, I’m sure Pengo will be found soon! In the meantime, Puck, you can be a little spoon to comfort the boy.
OFF TOPIC: PAUL
First off, I’d like to thank everybody for your support during this rough time. Paul had his biopsy and endoscopy done yesterday, and his gastric tube has been implanted. I heard from the cancer hospital in Toronto, they treat head and throat cancers, and they want to see Paul on May 6. I must call back this morning and ensure that I am allowed to go in with him, and that, if treatment is being done, I am allowed to go in as caregiver. Paul will probably be home on Monday or Tuesday, and a visiting nurse will be coming to make sure we are both comfortable with the feeding tube.
For the general Orb population…A thought for the day – (in a pitiful “Dickenson” voice) “Please Sir, Ma’am, please… I’ve lost my sanity. May I please have some of your’s?”
Pengo’s name always reminds me of a character in the TV cartoon, PENGUINS OF MADAGASCAR. The dophin Dr Blowhole, an evil Bond-style villain voiced by Neil Patrick Harris, always pronounced “penguin” as “pen-go-wen.” A funny cartoon. I highly recommend it for kids and grown ups who like kid cartoons.
Today is Silly Pajamas Day. Sadly, I cannot participate, as I use nightshirts. However, I do have a silly nightshirt. It has a very sleep-fogged bear clutching a coffee mug and a caption: “Bearly awake before coffee.” Gent would love it.
I doubt Pengo would be in the laundry because the Woman also seems worried though that reminds me of when my younger brother was very little. He had a yellow “’lanklet” that he draped over one shoulder and dragged around everywhere, his other thumb in his mouth. When my mother would insist on washing it, he would stand and suck his thumb while his free hand was on the washer. Then when she hung it out to dry, he would stand underneath it and hold one corner until it was dry.
I won’t even go into how I suffered when I accidentally left my favorite doll at my grandparent’s house 235 miles away. I realized she was missing about 15 minutes after we left their house and my father refused to waste time turning around. I do know it took two weeks for her to arrive back home with me. My grandmother stuffed her in a shoebox and mailed her. My parents were going to wait the several months until the next visit to get her.

John Lennon comments on A Day in the Life:
I saw the news day, Oh Cat,
About a missing penguin and his Boy
I saw the news was rather sad,
But I’m still encouraged:
Detective Goldie’s on the job,
She will not stop until Pengo is found,
She’ll find the facts, search up and down,
And all the People, Cats, and Mice
Will look around as well
We won’t stop until Pengo’s safe and sound!
I’d love to see the Boy smiling again…..n…..n…..n!
