National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day. With so many people quarantining and working from home, I imagine lots of people are working in their PJ’s today and every day for a while.
National High Five Day. These days, only virtual high fives or “air” high fives are allowed. No physical contact.

Get to Know Your Customers Day. Yesterday, I felt more like it was “Go Ahead and Strangle Your Customers Day”. I wasn’t at work more than 10 minutes when these stupid high school age kids got under my skin, playing in the toy department (which is right next to one of my departments). I sure wish they’d be able to go back to school! All the creaming, crying younger ones and all the immature teens are making me go bonkers sometimes. And yet, I still accept the overtime hours because the money is very important. My checking account never looked better and I have not even entered the stimulus check yet, because I don’t know it it’s been deposited yet.
It appears quite a few people have gotten their stimulus checks because they were in Walmart yesterday, spending their money foolishly and recklessly on a bunch of things they really don’t need.
“Swoon” is a joke between my husband and me. Not so much right now, when he is feeling so ill, but under normal circumstances, we play ‘swoon’ quite a lot.
