National Clean Out You Medicine Cabinet Day. I have nothing to clean out. I have medicine cabinets in both my downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, but there’s nothing to clean out. In my upstairs medicine cabinet, I have a toothbrush, toothpaste and some Bandaids. That’s it. The downstairs one is empty because Uno kept opening it and knocking everything out of it, including one of the glass shelves. So I don’t keep anything in there. Even my downstairs toothbrush and toothpaste have to be kept in a drawer where cats can’t get to them.

Today is also the last day they’re allowing us to get overtime hours at work. I knew the end would come, but with so many associates on two weeks leave for the self quarantine thing, I thought they’d be needing the overtime workers for at least another week or two. Well, frankly, yes, they do need people to work overtime because we are more short-handed now than we ever were before. But maybe corporate thinks the new hires can handle the work now. We do have quite a few new people in our store. Well, I was going to put in overtime on Saturday,but I have plenty to do around here, so I’m okay with not going to work Saturday.

This is interesting. I had wondered if Siamese cats were born pure white because my Joy and Beauty were both born pure white (though you could see the faintest hint of color on their ears). But as they got older, they started getting their Siamese-type markings. This is Joy now:
