I saw a beautiful male goldfinch at one of my bird feeders yesterday.

A thing that happens when you use the hot links function in the DT Tips and Tricks; a function we started and you promptly let slip away …… slippin’ slippin’ sliii-pinn-awaay .. but not into the future.

Clue a pic of Ches, tear slipping down his cheek. La Vie en Rose or some such playing in the background. Then some cat or another grabs the last bite of his dinner and it’s fur flying time again. All thoughts of amore gone. Business as usual.

And thus ends another week at the cat house!

I wouldn’t mind seeing some of Chesney’s poems and love letters. I could use a good laugh.

I saw my (first time this season) Red Bellied Woodpecker on the feeder today…he came in early for peanuts….not sunflower seeds. I usually see him on the suet.

It might be interesting to read Chesney’s poems to see how good they are. (Or not.) On another note, saw three robins and a squirrel while out walking today. I also heard a raven.
