Who remembers Quisp? Two comics ago, this morning, I couldn’t remember the word “hypotenuse” though I worked with trigonometry all of the time. I come to this strip and immediately recognize Quisp though I never had that cereal, and hadn’t seen an ad for it in over 40 years. The mind is a weird place.
The weather is getting warmer. Notice the caterpillar on the hatch.
My library just opened up paper book returns via the drive through. Patrons can also put a hold on a book, and they will be called when it is available to be picked up at the same spot. The problem I see is that many of the older readers who prefer paper aren’t savvy enough or have the right apps on their phone to get new books. Since they also can’t get ebooks, they must be very unhappy at the moment.
