The Disciples still believe that dismantling the pandemic response structure was the proper thing to do (It was from the Obama administration, after all), and that NO leadership and NO plan for dealing with the pandemic is best for the country.

The jig is up. It has finally sunk in on a significant majority, even a certain percentage of Tяцmp☠’s base, that Tяцmp☠ is utterly incompetent and very likely in steep mental decline. It’s sad to think how today’s comic sums up our leader so well. Sad.

The sheer absurdity of the draft-dodging Fascist “President” addressing the nation’s graduating “officer corps of tomorrow” is stupefying. It is almost fictional in its irony. But then this entire situation is absurd – that a nation which enjoys the right to choose its leader could make such an appalling choice is simply insane. That his “base” remains loyal after the tsunami of destruction is amazing. If Trump wins in November, we will be a nation which has voted itself out of democracy..

I can’t wait until they make the movie about this.

This is barely satire. It’s entirely believable for him to say all of that.

So, based on his “performance” at West Point, how much longer CAN the RNC keep denying that Hair Furor has both SERIOUS mental health AND medical health issues?? He could barely walk down a slightly sloped ramp, he needed BOTH HANDS to get a glass of water ANYWHERE CLOSE to his mouth, and his “speech” was mostly incoherent babbling, delivered in a totally wooden style indicating that his cognitive abilities to even read a teleprompter are gone. As for being “re-elected”, he WON’T LIVE another 4 years, at least not as a barely functioning human being. He will end up in either a coffin or a mental health care facility within 2 years at his current level of decline.

Sometimes when I have trouble falling asleep, instead of counting sheep (but ENOUGH about Trump voters!), I count Li’l Donnie’s various assorted mental illnesses. His malignant narcissist personality disorder. His authoritarian personality disorder. His paranoia and his delusions. He is a congenital, pathological, compulsive liar, who simply CANNOT tell the truth even when it would benefit himself. He has a Messiah complex, even though he’s far more Judas than Jesus. He has a sad sick pathetic need for cheers and applause even though he’s never deserved any and is incapable of ever doing anything to deserve them. (Obviously, the people who do cheer and applaud him have their own mental illnesses, but that’s another topic entirely.) He is a sociopath with no conscience at all—and if he thought he could get away with it, he WOULD shoot people on 5th Avenue. And, of course, because of his legendary incompetence and buffoonery, he has literally thousands of COVID deaths on his tiny little hands.

C’mon, Garry. You are supposed to be a cartoonist, not a straight reporter.

Too bad many newspapers will omit the first two panels to save space. They really set up the closing line.

Point of note regarding the trip to Maine. A long time friend works at the company and was present for the visit by POTUS. The swabs produced were for a demonstration only and never intended for distribution. A very limited number were produced with the intent to be disposed of because the production line was not in operation due to visit preparations. If anyone is touring during a live production run they would have been completely suited up ala Breaking Bad.

It must be tough being President then having so many road blocks put up to stifle the will of the people to preserve entrenched power.

Look on the bright side, people – as competency in would-be dictators go, he has far more in common with Mussolini than Hitler.

Let’s be grateful for that much…
