As a true comic book geek I have to identify the fabulously gentleman as the original Black Condor, originally published by Quality Comics in the 1940’s and currently copyrighted by DC comics.

With that outfit I thought he was Super Queer.

It’s refreshing to see a super hero who doesn’t wear his underwear over his pants.
