Tried it before. Didn’t work.

it’s not easy to cook with colagulated soy bean curd if you know just what to use to make it flavorful

It is easy to turn tofu into a steak. Just feed it to a cow.

I have had some really good tofu dishes! Very tasty with lots of flavors to aid it.

But that stuff Garfield has looks like Styrofoam!!!

They are waiting for the vegetables and rice to go with it. Who serves cubed tofu by itself?

Tofu isn’t bad, but I gotta have in miso soup or something because it’s mostly flavorless. Plus only three cubes? Even people on a diet would think that’s crazy.

Garfield should try samosa. He may like it.

Actually, “texturized vegetable protein”, via Morning Star Farms, Boca (& others) is quite tasty and almost indistinguishable from the animal flesh they replace. Even Burger King is offering the “Impossible Burger”, which is made from TVP.

I’ve had tofu, and it’s not bad. It’s not good, either. It just… is, really.It’s basically completely neutral filler material, like egg whites.

Plain Tofu cubes? Not cooked or served with anything else? Nobody would eat that!

I wouldn’t say I’m a tofu aficionado by any stretch but prepared correctly, it can be pretty tasty. In an effort to be healthier I’m cutting back a bit on my red meat intake, to which I am getting all kinds of vegan jokes by my younger brother.

These trendy vegan diets are driving me bonkers.

You’d think that Liz, a veterinarian would know that cats are obligate carnivores. They wouldn’t eat tofu. Ever.

Tofu doesn’t really taste bad. Mostly, as it doesn’t really taste like anything.

There is an articulation to enjoy tofu: “Never lukewarm”! Tofu is basically a combination of coagulated beans and water. The longer it sits at room temperature, the quicker it dissolves. You can enjoy it either piping hot or very cold but never in between. #tofu101 :)

Tofu is ok, depending on which one you are talking about. I like Paneer better, which is like indian butter

For once, I’m on Jon’s (and by default in this case, Garfield’s) side.

I love tofu. It goes great with rice.

Not meat or grain. Not vegetable and no longer a bean. Not dairy, honey, or anything else. Just tastes like solid air that you can’t even breathe.

I don’t really like tofu. I’ll eat it but it has no taste no matter how well you prepare it.

I don’t think that I’m going to be able to do the Garfield CYOA. :-\
