“One” after a noun, meaning “the first,” has been in colloquial use here for decades. Hell, even the Monkees sang it (as written by John Stewart) back in 1968:
When we were both relatively new to the neighborhood, my neighbor’s son and mine got into fight (same ages and size). Anyway he threatened to come after me with a baseball bat. I into replied if he does I’ll blow his head.off. The evening I spent a short time cleaning my Model 29 .44 Mag on the front porch. Almost 30 years until we became sociable again.

So happy to be living where the lots are measured in tens of acres. And we get along very well with our neighbors.

It’s nice to have options, you’re not required to act on them.

Who would want to speak to any neighbor who complains about the delicious smell of barbecue smoke.

I like to shout “One! One! One!” at my neighbors as well.

Without dollar one to spend,
But how much, baby, do we really need?"

Good fences make good neighbors, especially if they are tall fences.
