i feel for you Pig. I didn’t hired for that job either, though I was dropped after taking the test, before getting to the interview. I should have sued for discrimination because not everyone can think three dimensionally.

In grade school the nuns told us: “Good, better, best – Never let it rest – Till your good is better – And your better best”. Even as a kid, it made me want to barf.

I like Pig a great deal, however, when I am flying around up there, I prefer someone a little more skilled to do the job. Still love you, Pig.

You probably won’t land the brain surgeon or rocket scientist positions, either.

Funny thing is, I was up for that job way, way back in the 80s. I was disqualified on vision, so I went into healthcare. I wonder how life would have been different if my eyesight were better ;-)

My son was an Air Traffic Controller onboard the USS Carl Vinson. Her handled the stress just fine. I think it was like a video game to him that he dare not lose.

Not a good motto for bomb squad members, either.

In baseball a batting average of .300 is good. In air traffic control, however…

Probably for the best.

If you think the Air-traffic controller is an important job, try being an Ejection Seat Mechanic.

Failure might be an option in other fields like say Private Detective, but sadly not air traffic controller.
