Andy, Andy…. when has “carpet in a child / teen room” ever been a good idea?

My wife was on my son’s case to clean up his room. She threatened to throw all his clothes out the front window if he didn’t do it. One day he came home from school and his room was clean.

He asked where his clothes were. She told him, “I have more class than to throw your clothes out the front widow; check the back yard.”

I washed my sister’s wall once only to discover it was a pane of glass, or in other words, a window.

One of my favorite comedians (YouTube) is Ken Davis, who had two teenage daughters. He said there was so much hair spray in there, the roaches were crying out to get help to get unstuck from the carpet.

In the grand scheme of things, I guess it’s better than a little ‘light" coming on, in Andy’s brain, saying, “wait, Peter doesn’t HAVE carpeting, in his room!”

I removed all carpet from my house, and put in flooring.
