Tang’s for the memories.

I hear a collective “Huh?” from all the Millennials reading this.

Can you still find Tang? I used to love that stuff, even just the powder.

I have a few jokes about having too much tang, but they ’d get me banned.

For Gosh’s sake, let ’em have Nehi!

You haven’t REALLY had a hangover unless you’ve had a Tangover!

You can still get Tang in some stores and on Amazon.

I don’t know why you would, but you can.

The orange flavor is completely artificial, and, as I recall, the powdered mix is about 95% sugar.

I always wondered why NASA would give an elite crew of astronauts such an unhealthful beverage,

Interesting that Dan chose the names of the first two astronauts to fly to the ISS aboard an American built rocket from US soil since 2011. Of course all Canadians are proud of the fact that NASA chose Bob and Doug!

When I read the first guy’s speech, about feeling “rough” after drinking a powdered drink, I thought the joke was going to be about Metamucil! (Full disclosure- I use it everyday per Doctor’s advise.)

This is going to be one,long voyage with this comedian along.

Tang + Vodka = Spudnik

Probably shouldn’t have mixed it with vodka.

Forgetting which strips I’ve already shared this with: At the end of a “Riders in the Sky” serial, the villains Slocum and Charlie were launched into orbit in a space capsule. Early in the next serial, they encountered a Cosmonaut who had been left there when the Soviet Union fell, and shared some of their orange drink with him. His enthusiastic reaction, though he couldn’t quite get the name right, was:

Ooh! Ee! Ooh! Ah! Ah! Ting?"

Slocum: Tang!

Charlie: Walla walla bing bang.
