The much bigger issue the doctor should be worried about is the malpractice suit.

Scissors sounds plural, but it is just one thing.Even though it’s called a PAIR it is still just one thing.So it is not THOSE things it is THAT thing that is expensive.If I got my “thinging” right. But then I had on my pair of glasses, and got confused as to which glass to take off first.
