The Republicans with any integrity are all backing Biden. The best thing for the RNC to do is to continue to not use all their allotted air time like they did on the first night.

No family testimonials this year? But that’s half the convention. Literally.

Republicans once stood for principles. While I did not agree with their principles, at least they had them.

    • Stand up against Russia or any hostile adversary

    • Smaller government

    • Free Trade

    • Actual traditional family values (no payoffs to porn stars, no multiple affairs, no lusting after one’s own daughter, no multiple affairs, no cavorting (and participating) with pedophiles, no barging in on UNDERAGE MISS TEEN pageant contestants…

Today, Republicans are a party that stands for nothing.

No principles. No truth. No facts. No nothing.

Even the president’s sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, who has been supportive of Trump in any public comments, has accidentally told us what she really thinks. What she said in private, when she didn’t know she was being recorded (single-party recording is legal in New York), reveals her true feelings.

And Trump’s niece, Mary Trump, recorded her aunt Maryanne to ensure that her Trumpian aunt could not deny it later, which also shows what Mary understood of her family and what she thought of dear Aunt Maryanne.

And “Aunt Maryanne” revealed that, yes, Trump has no principles and lies, lies, lies all the time, to an extent that even disgusted the corrupt former judge (as we know from her other corrupt entanglements that forced her out of a lifetime judicial appointment to avoid ethics sanctions).

Clay, first time in along time, you drew donny dictator without his sippy cup.

More Republicans spoke at the DNC than the RNC.

That pretty much sums up the RNC so far this year as well. And they said they didn’t have a platform, heh.

Now, was that “testimonials” or “testimony”? So hard to tell with Trump and his associates.

Poisoner of language, assassin of reasonable discourse, purveyor of raw anxiety, Ayatollah of Moola Stola. Yes Virginia, we have more to fear than fear itself. Way, way more.

The Trumpalooza show ratings aren’t so great this year. Trump brings out the big guns tonight, Pence. I’m sure that will help, bigly. /s

There was exactly ONE time when Donald Trump was more intelligent than his mobbed-up money-laundering career criminal father, Fred. That was when Fred was suffering from dementia so severe that he could not have picked Donnie out of a police lineup—and Donnie took advantage of that to steal the family fortune. Yep, them “family values”……..In other shocking news, the Earth continues to orbit the sun.

The good news, there are only two days left, the bad news, there are two days left of the RNC’s alt-reality show.

For those who missed civics class: A demagogue or rabble-rouser is a leader who gains popularity in a democracy by exploiting emotions, prejudice, and ignorance to arouse some against others, whipping up the passions of the crowd and shutting down reasoned deliberation. Demagogues overturn established norms of political conduct, or promise or threaten to do so. The Trump’s have it down pat. Enjoy!
